Wholesale Terms of Service.

Coffee Selection

We strive for consistency in the products that we offer, however due to the nature of the industry, selection and availability may vary from time to time. Pricing is subject to change based on market prices. We will always be upfront and transparent about any upcoming price changes.

Processing Time

We always strive to get coffee shipped out or delivered as soon as possible. We ship and deliver your orders every Tuesday and Thursday (with the exception of Holidays).

Coffee is roasted every Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed by 8am on roast days will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after the 8am cutoff will be delivered the following scheduled delivery day. For example, if an order is placed at 10am on Monday, it will be delivered on Thursday.

Cold Brew is prepared every Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed by 8am on brew days will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after the 8am cutoff will be delivered the following scheduled delivery day. For example, if an order is placed at 10am on Monday, it will be prepared on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.

Additionally, we do not ship on holidays, which may add to your order processing time.

Shipping

We ship via UPS and USPS Tuesday and Thursday. These carriers observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times.

Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number should automatically populate to the Order History section of your account. You will also receive an email once the order is fulfilled and the tracking number has been generated. 

Please note that once it leaves our facility, all packages are subject to possible delays from the shipping carrier. 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee County every Tuesday and Thursday (with the exception of Holidays).

For accounts located within St. Pete and Gulfport, we offer free delivery.

For accounts located outside of St. Pete/Gulfport but within Pinellas, Hillsborough, or Manatee County, there is a $25 delivery fee.

When you place your wholesale order online, you can enter your zip code to see if you are eligible for delivery.

Support

We understand having properly working equipment is crucial to a business. If you are experiencing problems with your equipment, let us know and we will recommend you an experienced service partner to troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment.

If you need recommendations on equipment, have questions about your setup, or need equipment training, we are here to help.

Payment Terms

At this time, payment is required in full at the time your order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or refunds on coffee due to its perishable nature, but please contact us within 30 days if you have any problems with your coffee order. We want you to love your coffee! 

For all non-coffee items, we can accept returns or refunds for defective, unused or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please email carrington@dirtylights.coffee with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or transit damage along with your original order number. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed clothing items.

We are a small operation so at this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
