  • the earlier you are able to reach out, the better!

    we require our services to be booked with a 25% deposit and signed contract at least 14 days before an event.

    this ensures that we are able to secure your time slot and provide you the best experience possible, as many of our supplies and ingredients are made from scratch specifically for each booking.

  • our cart is 5ft long and 2.5ft wide. we ask for a minimum of 6x6ft area, so each barista has room to stand and work comfortably.

  • all dirty lights coffee carts require at least one dedicated 110/120v circuit.

    some packages will require two dedicated circuits. please note that outlets along the same wall or adjoining walls often share a circuit.

    arranging dedicated electricity in advance helps to alleviate equipment issues and improve our efficiency.

    please ensure that your barista will not be sharing power with any other devices or equipment to avoid power outages.

    if your venue is unable to meet power requirements, we are able to supply our own power via generator for an additional cost.

  • we offer three different cart packages with varying menus. you can check out our offerings here.

    our flat rate pricing for each package includes: a cart setup with a clean minimalistic look, cups, napkins, coffee, tea, milks, syrups, ice, triple filtered water, setup and breakdown time, one hour of travel time, and tax.

    various add-ons are available for a more personalized catering experience.

  • we charge based on service length, number of baristas required for smooth service, and drink count, so limiting the menu doesn’t offer any discount. thanks for understanding!

  • for best value, we recommend extending service length.

    for faster service, we recommend adding baristas.

    each of our specialty baristas are able to serve 50+ drinks per hour. as long as there's a steady flow of guests, simply extend service time so that one barista can accommodate all your guests.

    for example, one barista could serve up to 150 guests in 3 hours.

    if your event is has a limited service length but a high guest count, you will need multiple baristas.

  • yes! we offer custom branded cart panels, menus, stamped cups, and more.

    please note that custom branding is not included in our base price and will be an additional fee.

  • we require one hour for setup, and one hour for breakdown.

  • no. we only offer fully contracted catering and strive to make it an exceptional experience for you and all the people at your event. however, drinks are unlimited during service hours!

  • we require a 25% deposit to be paid at least 14 days prior to your event date.

    payment in full is due on or before the date of service.

    a late fee will be applied to payments made after the event date.

    an invoice will be sent out after we finalize the details of your event and will be payable online.

    if you are a 501c3 or nonprofit organization, please provide a pdf of your tax exempt certificate so that we may remove sales tax from your invoice.
